I believe in a holistic, data-informed, goal driven approach to coaching. Each training plan is customized to fit your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle, while taking into account your specific strengths, weaknesses, and performance metrics. One of my greatest joys of coaching is really getting to know you and fostering a strong relationship to be able to support you on all levels. I’m here to build a relationship with you, not just send you a program.

Through regular check-ins, performance tracking, and a commitment to your long-term development, I’m here to keep you motivated, excited and on track to achieve your next big goal.

Through use of the app Training Peaks we’ll monitor your pace, heart rate, power output, training duration and more to ensure you are hitting your milestones and goals along the way! Virtual Support and Flexibility

Though it’s remote coaching, I want to ensure it doesn’t feel like a remote relationship- the connections I make with my athletes is what is most important to me and I get so much joy from staying in touch and seeing you hit your goals!

The remote training model provides flexibility for athletes all over the world. Through video calls, email support, and personalized training plans, you’ll have everything you need to succeed- no matter where you’re training.

Working with me looks like twice-weekly feedback, monthly meetings, and a more intensive focus on performance optimization. I send you a personalized plan each week so that all you need to do is show up to your sessions and give it your all. This is about going all in on yourself and your goals- I can’t wait to get started!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It really depends. This is why our discovery call is so important- the build up to a race will depend on your lifestyle, training, racing history, goal race, distance and demands of the specific race courses itself (elevation, support, terrain, etc).

  • Your training sessions will be uploaded in the app Training Peaks one-two weeks in advance. I’ll have you ensure your engaging with a wearable to capture training data during your training sessions and this will allow me to track and make adjustments to your program along the way. It’s really important to me that we are regularly checking in weekly and then meeting up monthly via Zoom to discuss your progress. 

  • Let’s be real, you can’t cram overnight for an endurance race, it takes time and energy. And we’ll of course start with where you’re at- whatever time you’re already able to devote to your training. Again, this work is highly individualized and we will ensure it’s tailored to your life- don’t worry, recovery days and recovery weeks are all a part of the process too!

  • No- you don’t need access to a gym- we can use what you have at home if you aren’t wanting to invest in a membership. Having said that, depending on where you live, you will need access to your sport- running, biking, swimming, etc. I find lots of my triathlon clients do use bike trainers as it makes cycling more accessible no matter the weather or season. 

  • Absolutely, that can be a great way to start! We can start with the training and then help you find a race that you feel excited about and that will help you play to your strengths.
