How Musculoskeletal & Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Work Together
The body is interconnected, and the health of one system can impact another. There are several times that I integrate orthopedic and pelvic health treatments, ensuring that your rehabilitation program addresses the full scope of your physical needs.
For example, pelvic floor dysfunction can be related to musculoskeletal imbalances in the hips or lower back. By understanding how each area interacts, I ensure that we are comprehensive and effective in our approach to your treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Insurance-based (or in-network) physical therapy often comes with high patient volume, limited one-on-one attention, and shorter appointments—making it harder to address multiple concerns effectively.
That’s why I’ve chosen an out-of-network model, allowing me to provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to your needs. This approach often leads to faster progress with fewer sessions. You’ll pay at the time of your appointment, and if needed, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement—just check with your insurance provider for details on your out-of-network benefits.

Yes, I do dry needling and no, you never have to have any specific treatment! After a thorough assessment, I’ll be able to share if/how dry needling may be beneficial for you and then you can decide if you want to engage with it as a treatment modality! It can be helpful in so many cases but it’s not your only option.
